The Sakura is our Japanese head spa experience, and it is unlike anything else on our menu. Two hours in total: a one-hour Japanese head spa, a one-hour pedicure and a face mask, with snacks served alongside.
The head spa is the heart of it. A full hour of slow, methodical work across the scalp, warm water and careful cleansing, encouraging scalp circulation and deep relaxation. Guests describe it as a kind of quiet they had not felt in months. It is a treatment for mental fatigue as much as for hair, which is why it has become such a favourite among people who spend their days on screens.
The pedicure runs a full hour, and the face mask sits in easily alongside the head work, so the two hours flow rather than feeling like separate bookings. Snacks are served throughout.

Your hair is washed and worked through with warm water as part of the treatment, so it will be damp when you finish. Most guests plan the appointment for a day when they are heading home rather than out.
