The Emerald Waters Ritual is a half day built around water. It opens with a 30-minute hydrotherapy session, a serene soak or jet bath that sets the tone for everything after it, and from there the ritual moves through massage, skincare or nails, and a signature pedicure. The idea is a single continuous journey rather than a list of separate appointments, and the water is what threads it together.
At the centre is a 60-minute full-body relaxation massage performed by a licensed Registered Massage Therapist, so this is professional hands-on care rather than a light spa rub, and insurance receipts are available. You then choose one of two: a 60-minute Dermalogica Pro-Calm facial, made for sensitive skin with cooling techniques and anti-inflammatory ingredients, or the Emerald Deluxe Manicure with exfoliation, mask, massage and polish. The Volcano Pedicure comes as standard: an effervescent soak with exfoliation, a hot towel wrap, an extended foot massage and polish. Nail art is not included in the manicure or pedicure.
Food is part of the ritual, not an afterthought. A chef-prepared spa lunch from a fresh seasonal menu with vegetarian and gluten-free options comes with a fresh-pressed juice, smoothie or spa mocktail, and light bites, infused water, herbal teas and mocktails are served throughout your stay. Sessions run 9:30am to 1:15pm with breakfast included, or 1:15pm to 5:00pm with lunch included.
It suits anyone craving tranquility and renewal, and it is a particularly good choice if you want a spa day that includes real therapeutic massage alongside the pampering. At $400 for four hours, four treatments, a chef-prepared meal and refreshments throughout, it is our most complete half day.
How your visit unfolds
- 1
Choose your session and arrive
The morning session runs 9:30am to 1:15pm and includes breakfast; the afternoon session runs 1:15pm to 5:00pm and includes lunch. Arrive a few minutes early to change, and bring swimwear for the hydrotherapy.
- 2
Thirty minutes of hydrotherapy
The ritual opens in the water with a serene soak or jet bath experience. It is a deliberate first step: the water settles you before any hands-on work begins.
- 3
Sixty-minute RMT massage
A full-body relaxation massage with a licensed Registered Massage Therapist, working through stress and held tension. Ask for your insurance receipt at this point if you need one.
- 4
Your choice of facial or manicure
Either the 60-minute Dermalogica Pro-Calm facial, using cooling techniques and anti-inflammatory ingredients for sensitive skin, or the Emerald Deluxe Manicure with exfoliation, mask, massage and polish. Nail art is not included.
- 5
Volcano Pedicure, then your spa meal
The Volcano Pedicure closes the treatments with an effervescent soak, exfoliation, hot towel wrap, extended foot massage and polish. Your chef-prepared meal and a fresh juice, smoothie or mocktail round off the session.

- The Volcano Pedicure is included as standard, with exfoliation, hot towel wrap, an extended foot massage and polish.
- A chef-prepared spa meal with vegetarian and gluten-free options, plus snacks and non-alcoholic drinks throughout your stay.
