Cancellations

We will email you the day before your appointment as a courtesy reminder; so make sure you listen to those messages and check your email! We Kindly ask that any cancellations are made in advance. All cancellations are subject to a 25% service fee. Appointments cancelled between 24 hours and 48 hours prior to the scheduled time will be issued as a gift card, less the service fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, are considered no - shows and are non-refundable. If you are sick on the day of your appointment, we will require a DR note, Medical emergencies on the day of the appointment will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of your entire order or a credit to your ESB account that you can use for your next visit for the full Treatment order.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates for dollar amounts do not have an expiry date. Gift certificates for services have an expiry of 1 year from the date of purchase. There are no refunds or cash back on any gift certificate purchases. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing, so that you are making an informed and confident purchase. If you are purchasing a package as a gift and would like that person to be able to use this gift as soon as possible, we would suggest booking that appointment prior to purchasing. As stated above, if you do not show for your service(s) booked on the day of your appointment, all gift certificates will be voided.
